Vendor terms of service

1. Vendor eligibility

By listing on Marry Me, you confirm that:

• Your business operates legally in South Africa

• The information provided is accurate and truthful

• You have the right to use all images and content submitted

2. Vendor responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

• Provide professional and ethical services

• Respond to enquiries in a timely manner

• Honour quoted pricing and service agreements

• Maintain accurate and updated listing information

3. Payments & listings

If vendor listings are paid:

• Fees are payable upfront

• Listings go live only after payment confirmation

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal

Marry Me reserves the right to decline or remove listings that do not meet our standards.

4. No partnership

Listing on Marry Me does not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor listings if:

• False information is provided

• Complaints indicate misconduct

• These terms are breached

• Mutual agreement to terminate the listing

6. POPIA consent clause (For website forms)

You can add this below all contact forms, sign-ups, and vendor applications: POPIA Consent Notice

By submitting this form, you consent to Marry Me collecting and processing your personal information for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, managing your account, or providing relevant services. Your information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting info@marryme.co.za.

7. Refund policy (for paid vendor listings)

All vendor listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been approved and published on the website.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:


• Duplicate payments

• Billing errors

• Technical issues preventing listing publication (where unresolved)

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@marryme.co.za within 7 days of payment. Marry Me reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
